I sleep 10-12 hours a night. I fall asleep shortly after the sun goes down. I wake up for a couple hours in the middle of the night and then again at 4:30. I fall asleep again until 6:30. Watch the sunrise and fall back asleep. I walk almost 10 miles a day. I’m just on Divine Time, I guess.
