Sealan chupana alag baat hai, sealan khatam karna alag baat hai.. Sealan khatam karna jaroori hai warna wall aur footing to kharab ho jayegi kuch saalo mein lekin fiber board laga hone se samne se pata bhi nahi chalega.. Jisse jyada nuksaan ho sakta hai.. Sealan ka treatment jyada jaroori hai..

@@Drfiza Makan agar Naya ban Raha Hain to DPC zaroor karwaye ...jisse zameen ki sealan deewaron pe upper nahi chadegi.Dr.fixit LWP water proof material milwake plaster karwaye hamesha..ye sab apko mistri kabhi nahi batayega .kyunki uski mehnat isse bad jaati hain ...aapko hi dhyan dena chahiye ..sealan agar Makan banne ke baad arahi hain to bhi uska source pata karke treatment karna chhaiye,na ki tiles laga ke chhupa dena chahiye ..

@@zeeshanaliquazi8563 sir jo khud banaya tha usme to dpc kri thi and there's no such issue in that but jo builder se khrida h society me duplex usme ground floor me lagbhag har wall pr ye issue h . iska kya solution h ive tried every product from asian paints pidilite sureseal damp seal etc but evrything failed to resolve the issue

sir, waterproofing is done only by a reliable chemical, rest all the products are used as a substitute to hide the seepage, rather than solving the problem!!

Sir I liked the new no water absorption board. We can use this. But my question is, if we can't reconstruct our building, using these or any such even synthetic pvc sheets, we are only covering the water seepage walls. Even after covering, the walls inside will continue to suffer seepage as we are not removing cause of seepage in the first place. Can you suggest how to solve original seepage problem and then cover with the board. Please answer and help, I ot no reply from many experts I asked

Sir you didn't reply to my question. If there are underground water pipes which we can't change, can we close them from main water connection point and bypass them and get over the wall water pipes like old times, will this solve seepage problem, please reply. Otherwise customer will not agree to only cover the seepage area. What is the use of only covering out of sight it is not actually removing seepage. Then we can cover after let it dry, please tell
