Nah I'm still on the bloodhound train, seer just pisses me off, PLUS it's just...too much to handle all at once, if that makes sense. Too much clutter of information that imo isn't given to you well. You can hold down the tactical and run around freely being able to listen to heartbeats as well that way you don't have to ads(move slow) to use the passive. Simply switch guns to cancel the tactical.

Seer is a better blood in team composition. He makes reviving and healing a hassle especially if they gibby dome to reset he can just cancel their heals. He also scans them for 8 seconds, keep in mind that bloods is only 3 seconds. Seer also has a perm scan with his tactical which is not as loud as a bloodhound scan and dosen't give the enemys a huge notification so seer can has a higher chance of sneaking up on unaware enemies. Only thing going for blood now is their ult but why do you need a speed increase in a comp when you can have a character with perm scan and interrupt abilites, revives and heals in action.

Instead of slide hopping to use seer’s passive, you can just hold down the tactical and you can move at normal speed while constantly using the heartbeat sensor

Got idea: Give Pathfinder "Robot blood" (just Cold blood but with robot on it) so he can be a Seer counter (this could work on Revenant too, and since there's only 2 robots in game it would be damn nice)

There’s actually no reason to randomly ADS while running. Just run while holding your tactical. Also, you actually can toggle the heartbeat sensor off.

You know what will be op with seer is, with rampart and loba so you dont even have to leave a building to loot you can use loba's ultimate to grab dead people loots and use seer's ultimate to see people near by and rampart will mow them down
