Seer doesn't need to be nerfed. They need to buff Crypto's drone to move by itself, Valkyrie should be able to scan enemies whenever she fires missiles and Bloodhound's scan should last longer with a longer range.

His tactical alone can interrupt your actions, disorientate your screen, show information about your health+shield situation, show where your location is at for a decent amount of seconds, and does about ten damage per hit. This is not mentioning how fast his ultimate can charge and all of his abilities can line perfectly line up with his passive, which can detect enemies up to 75 meters. I don't think he's overpowered either, but he's slightly too strong. I wouldn't be surprised if he were to receive a nerf sometime soon. But he's a good character because all of his abilities compliment one another once mastered well; he just needs tweaking and/or a nerf.

exactly, hes not op, but since hes on every team it feels like it has 5 second cooldown but in a normal team fight its fine. his ult is annoying in team fights but it can be destroyed or you can run away from the dome
