Good. Suggestions. 1. Le the chicken cook for just 5 minutes without water. Then add water and rice to cook. Else chicken will be over cooked by the time rice gets cooked. 2. Add cloves and star anise too along with spices. 3. Better not to grind coriander and mint leaves first, rather just sprinkle it to cook along with rice. Its flavour remains fresh. Thanks
