I grew up listening to George Michael thanks to my mum and consider him a massive influence on me and my view of the world growing up. That being said my personal taste runs more toward this genre of music and I'm blown away with how good it sounds. It's not often I find a cover I love as much as the original and especially not one that I consider so close to my heart. They did a fantastic job.

Why are people actually comparing this to the original? The genre's are completely different. Why not just agree that both are good? I love the classic but I also love the rock spin that this gives it.

I love both versions. If you listen to where Shaun Morgan places his intonations and where the stress is placed in his notes and compare it to George Michael's version, you can realize they are both different in their own way. Sad is the close-minded individual who cannot enjoy the music and actually take it apart, listen to it, and realize that even though it's a cover, it's a new song in its own right. I love both versions and this one seems to convey more pain, which is why I love it more!

For the loud exhilaration of highs & the solo lows that the anger of the pain that love becomes upon final goodbye &&& yet - just gentle enough & sappy enough that ya know ya got sucked into a dance of life with another - that just wasn't meant to be... But you still cannot help & scream & want --- just one more dance!!! Seether owns everything they sing - as their fans know &&& we survive it!!!!
