This live was such a chaos to watch 😭 I attend culinary school and had my internship at a pastry shop and we started making the Dubai chocolate last month to experiment with how well it would go. We are the second bakery in the Netherlands to sell this chocolate. I've started learning how to make it, I've never tasted it before but it did look very interesting. I wonder what their Dubai chocolate tastes like, I'm surprised they actually succeeded in making it 😂 the result depends on what ingredients you make. We make our pistachio paste ourselves, we blend the pistachio, we add in melted chocolate and then some butter. Afterwards we add it to the kunefe, but since there is chocolate in the filling, the inside won't look like fluid like you see on the internet, I really want to try and compare the internet recipe to a professional recipe. This was a very fun livestream! 🤭💕
