Ingredients for vegan cream soup with vegetables (for approx. 3 liters of soup):
- approx. 500 gr of onions;
- approx. 300 gr of carrots;
- approx. 300 gr of celery root;
- approx. 300 gr of potatoes;
- approx. 100 gr of parsley root;
- 50 ml of sunflower oil;
- 7-8 gr of salt, or to taste;
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, or to taste;
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika;

- 2 liters of water;
