Back in the day, a good slap on the side cured all TV tube issues. Guess it doesn’t apply here. Good diagnosis

Nice job man! Glad you got it fixed temporarily! Yeah solder re-flows can really make the difference in the world. I did a re-flow on Time Lord for NES on the solder points. Before that the game would be all garbled on the TV screen. After the re-flow it was like good as new!

The lines moving from the bottom to top. That’s the camera capturing the image and not the monitor itself.
