Is it really bios error? In pc's this is characterized as RAM error. When it's BIOS it wasn't even supposed to pop up the intro screen, but since they're different platforms, the hardware architecture is different, so the behavior may be different.

In these "BIOS corruptions" videos, the console's boot ROM (the software built into the console that gets everything ready, displays a startup animation and menu, contains basic applications like a save data manager, CD player, and settings menu, etc) is being corrupted with a special tool and then loaded into an emulator, then the results are recorded. This is done multiple times, and once there is enough footage, the most interesting results are compiled into a single video, which is then uploaded to KZbin. But RAM problems can cause similar effects, but it extends into all software that the console runs, like games.
