Or a 90s and 00s collection, samba de amigo could be incorporated with the switch touch screen, Billy Hatcher and the giant egg, shemnue and knights could incorporate the joycon sensitivity. Maybe even the sonic adventure titles. I would gladly pay more due to the fact that they are technologically advanced compared to the mega drive.

Dude that is an excellent idea and I totally agree . A buddy of mine my best friend going up got the Dreamcast when it came out and the only games I got to play. Was Jim Carrey's The Grinch stole Christmas. Jet set radio and crazy taxi.. they couldn't afford a memory card for your controller so you can imagine how that went. Lol. Beating the game just was an optional.. but here's what's weird googling it they say that in the United States jet set radio was called jet grind radio but I remember it being jet set radio

@@StevieROM I’m personally excited for it since even as an adult I’ve never played any Sonic games beforehand. (Shocking, I know) I got Mania and it’s DLC on sale years ago, but I just didn’t feel right playing it without at least playing the other games in the Origins collection first without the context since Mania is a celebration and true sequel to all of those games, and I didn’t just want to not have no options to play Sonic 3 or not play Sonic CD outside of emulation, which I’m just not gonna do since it would suck on a phone and I don’t have a computer. (A decent one that won’t crap out within a month and even run simple programs like LEGO Digital Designer would cost more than a thousand bucks these days) So I’m glad that they’re finally not only re-releasing the original Genesis versions of Sonic 3 after all this time, but also remaking it as well. Some people would say it’s overpriced, and for $45 it does seem a bit steep for some, but I think it’s worth it if it means I can support the creators and if it can a message across to SEGA. The multiple versions to purchase are weird when it only needs two (The first and last one) since it’s only a $5 difference, so that’s kinda odd, but whatever. Just let me finally play these games in better quality matching Mania and in peace. *Lol*

As a Nintendo guy I bought this on sale for the Switch, the sole reason being the 3 Phantasy Star titles. Paying 5$ for each one feels fair as the games stood the test of time and are epic classics. Other than that Virtua Fighter 2 stands out to me as another great title with a big history that is fun to play from time to time. Street of Rage 1&2, Sonic 1&2, Space Harrier II and Super Thunder blade are also nice additions if one wants to dive into a early 90's atmosphere just for fun, that said, 90's is also the theme of the cozy room and the TV on which one can play the games. The collection also gives you some nice options - on sale it is a must buy if you don't own the Phantasy Star titles.

Games like Aladdin, Robocop vs Terminator, Jurassic Park, TMNT the Hyperstone Heist, Splatterhouse 3, NBA Jam, Mortal Kombat 2, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, Street Fighter 2: Special Championship Edition, Quack Shot, Castle of Illusion, Rocket Knight Adventures, Moonwalker, Castlevania Bloodlines, Earthworm Jim 1/2, Ranger X and Contra Hard Corps to name a few.

Does anyone know why, when you play the Alex kidd Enchanted Castle game for the Sega Classics for the XBox, that for the level where you need to use the helicopter to get across the water, that when you press any of the buttons nothing will make the helicopter move up?. You can move left and right and fire, but can't move it up on the game I have, and I am very familiar with this game on the Mega Drive. For some reason the controls on the game I have won't let you move it up, could be something wrong with the game or the control pad. Anyone else had this problem?.

I can’t play any of the games, it just shows me demos. Help

I had megadrive (I have it yet) and loved it. It has a lot of great games..and this collection lacks many of them..probably for copyright reason. It s a shame. I d like to play them on my ps4 and not only by pc emulator..

Ciuffo Arancione get a snes mini bro. I modded it and legit has 200 sega and snes games on there. I had the sega mini but when I modded it only certain games would play on certain languages? but I returned it and put all them sega games on my snes. it’s worth it cause then you can play them on your tv instead of pc

Ciuffo Arancione I believe so, some consoles stretch on the screen like gameboy games on the SNES mini would be too stretched and pixelated for me to play. but I’m the type that won’t play my snes on my 50 in I play it on a 27 in I bought from like 2013 lol.

I heard it was because of the soundtrack apparently Michael Jackson made songs for the game so I'm sure they don't own the rights to the soundtrack anymore.

i had a sega cd when i was a kid. only game i can remember is demolition man. that was a pretty fun game. oh and i kinda remember the game that came with it, sewer sharks? or something like that.

The PC version of this has actually does include Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

Bruh as much as I LOVE owning this on ps4, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed that Super Hang On wasn't included. How do you make a Sega Classic Collection *WITHOUT* Super Hang On! 😞

No Ghouls N Ghosts, This was in the last generation compilation. Bummer, that title should be here. Now the Sega has full rights to Thunder Force, Those games should be here too.

There's a few games that are oddly missing from this compilation. Sonic 3 & Knuckles and the Ecco games would have been nice to have on it.

Unfortunately it's only Sega's first party games that are included with this collection. I bought road rash again and I play it on my Flashback HD console. It's still great.
