Stupid windows ce the irony is the pc version of sega rally 2 runs at full 60fps all the time. Sega should be ashamed of the dreamcast version

Don't if you know mate there's a sega rally 2 pc version 25th anniversary recently released by a guy its absolutely amazing 60fps full audio working and all controllers and wheels. It's on Internet archive
