Sega Rally 3 is a 2008 arcade racing game developed by Sega Racing Studio and published by Sega for Sega Europa-R arcade hardware. It is a direct sequel to Sega Rally 2, during development it went under the codename of Super Challenge. The deluxe motion cabinet includes a 62" High Definition DLP monitor and a dual actuator motion simulation system which moves the players seat in direct response to the on screen action. Up to six cabinets can be linked for multiplayer racing.

Also released as Sega Rally Arcade Online in PS3 and Xbox 360, but due issue with FIA WRC license, Sega used Sega Rally Revo vehicles instead.

I thought this game really sucked compared to 1 and 2. It wasn't handled by the Japanese developers and seemed to lack the x factor from those games.

Sega rally 2 is ridiculous. The cars have constant speed no matter if you are cornering or driving on water etc.
