How do we get our screws into the right position? The answer is: segment feeder. Here, screws are not separated and aligned with vibration, but by the upward and downward movement of a segmental sword. This not only protects our screws but also reduces noise pollution.

These designs global. You can see this type of machines in many places. They are showing their feeders quality, finishing, workability etc. At these type of machines, operating without any interrupt is important and this depends on quality of your work.
