For most compilers if optimizations are turned on the recursive function won't cause a stack overflow because the optimizations will tell the program to just go to the start of the function instead of calling it

He'd have to do an extremely detailed video on installing 3rd party libraries first. I swear if I could find a simple way to install c libraries I'd use it for all my software needs and save Python for web development.
