thank you so much for these videos! have you ever had a problem in QGIS Plugin Manager where it says the plugin repository is status: "unavailable"? i am able to install plugins by zip but then they don't seem to work properly

Yes, it could happen. Some plugin are developed only for 1 version of QGIS and then not updated. Therefore they will not work with the newer versions

It looks like you have problems with OTB installation. You should use QGIS version 3.10 and OTB version 7.1.0

If you do not discuss and compare the results by setting different parameter value, the video is of little use. Thank you for your encouragement but that's not enough.
