Wonderful instruction. Can you please share what cold working you had to do?

Thanks for all your trouble making these videos, they are fantastically helpful! With that blue & sky blue striped wok bowl - couldn't you have re-fused it to have the cool pattern back on the inside? It's wonderful either way, but I do agree that the more interesting pattern is the one on the outside.

use the tile saw instead of the hammer

Do you find you need to sand/blast/do anything to the cuts before you fire? I read somewhere that you get a haze if you don't, but I don't see any other artists doing that. Enjoyed the videos, thanks!

Turn the bar over after scoring and then hit it with your hammer; you will then get a much cleaner break. Additionally and for safety, place a cloth on top of the bar before using the hammer.

Nice work but you repeat yourself a lot. Showed the square bowl several times when I would have like to see the chunks more. Also, what is the fiber paper? You could have explained that. You could have talked more about why the 10 degree in temperature mattered.

Fiver paper is a material analogous to insulation with again a roughly analogous purpose. Without it or a comparable chemical product the glass Wil stick to brick or stew molds and cool improperly and crumble.
