4 should just be a combo ender and 4 probably works better depending on the map so that you can get a wall combo

But honestly maybe its better if he doesn't have the ability to break hyper armor constantly obtain it through a move. For balance purposes. Ulq just seems to be that one character you will see in FFA constantly. Like Madaras or Zamasus in ABA.
