Como puedo conseguir los tornillos que sujetan la batería externa del patinete?me podrías decir como se llaman y donde puedo encontrarlos(páginas web etc....).

Erreur 19, il a chargé la batterie juste avec la batterie connectée à la carte mère (contrôleur) avec une erreur 18 (car non relié au moteur) après la charge de la batterie interne il a tout remonté et plus d'erreur 19, il pense que sur un gros choc le contrôleur peut bouger, je vais vérifier ce soir car mon es4 présente les mêmes symptômes après une chute erreur 19 et je n'arrive plus à la charger pas de pb avec la batterie externe.

hi what tool did you get to unscrew the area where the mother board and battery is??? i cant seem to find a tool online

also which supplier did you buy the control board from?? it seems as though alot of the control boards available on amazon, ebay etc are not working and if they do work they dont last too long

These segways are junk. I had mine for 2 years and I got error 42, error 14, error 21. The rear brake broke randomly. The tires are almost impossible to replace. The breaks are trash. It was a fun scooter but the QC is junk.

This is likely a temporary fix and the error code will come back. I have a lot of experience with these scooters and disconnecting/reconnecting parts will sometimes get rid of error codes but they eventually always come back. I believe with code 19 you need to replace that internal battery

I cant remove some cables with the black thing it isnt in my segway
