Sehba Akhtar reciting his poetry [Mehfil e Mushaira]

I met Sehba Akhtar at a Mushaira held in Denver, Colorado (USA) IN 1992. I found him to be the most inspiring poet I ever met in my life. During a break I was fortunate to chat with him and found him to be really down to earth person. He told me that next time I came to Karachi, I should come and visit him. During my short interaction with this amazing poet i found him to be refreshingly friendly. a Poet of his caliber has left a big gap and is missed immensely.

دوبئ مییں ایک مشاعرہ ھوا تھا جس میں انڈیا سے شاعر راحت اندوری نے زمین کے نام سے اپنا کلام سنایا تھا جو کشمیر پر ایک طنزیہ کلام تھا اسکے جواب میں صہبا اختر. صاحب نے اس طنزیہ کلام کا بھر پور دیا تھا. اگر کسی کے پاس ایک یا دونوں کلام ھوں توشئیر کریں نوازش ھو گی. اشفاق احمد
