Leave the wing off so that the winner can decide if he wants to run the wing or not. Especially since the trunk is CF, if the winner decides that he wants a different wing or run wingless, then he's going to have gaping holes in his trunk that cant be fixed as easily as a metal trunklid.

the front oem lip spoiler, mounts on the front oem bumper splitter which has the bolts for the bumper. The lip you have, seems like the oem splitter is missing and the screws have been welded on the oem lip. You can use an oem splitter ( pretty cheap ) as a base to your new lip spoiler.
