spd sclaing is a linear funktion, if u have the (spd + 70)/30 = spd/30 + 70/30 = spd * 1/30 + 70/30 // y = m*x + n where spd is the variable 1/30 is the slope and 70/30 is the min dmg/y-intercept the slope tells you the scaling with spd. in this case every 30 spd increase the multiplier by 1 so for a toar with 300 spd its 300/30 + 70/30 = 12.33 multiplier

I have a blessing with either wind zenitsu or Lamiella and not sure which to pick, I feel like zenitsu is a fun unit to play with (and a collab) but not that good after all and Lamiella's kit seems better Which one would you recommend?

Maybe you are the problem? I like his personality, its not a "fake laugh" dont act like a profiler if you cant interpret simple gestures and facial expressions.
