I was lucky to find one a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I've since put a black rubber FKM Tropic strap on it and it looks and wears so good. Congrats on your find and go enjoy it!😍 Edit: I also have a 6.5 inch wrist.

Thanks! Yes, we are quite lucky! I have a 20mm silicone tropic on my Citizen diver. I am also a big fan of the comfort and vintage-style of these tropic straps, maybe I'll give it a try on the 5 sports as well, but not sure how it fits. The lug openings are pretty tight.

I got one last week numbered in 8 thousand range. Can't tell you the exact number because i had to send it back to be fixed as the hour marker does not align on the hour. Think maybe watch sellers who buy and hold till Seiko Boutique finally sell out.

That's an easy fix, but still embarrassing (the extra waiting time, opening a brand new watch...etc.). I only had that issue with my old quartz analog casio, but I've never seen that at any of my automatics/mechanicals.

@@at1m6nn Same here, never had this issue before. Such a school boy error. You would think Seiko would have just fixed it, but they said i have to pay for the fix because warranty does not cover as the seller is not an authorised Seiko seller. Brand new in the box from ebay, pretty much the only place that has them now. The seller agreed to fix as he could understand and obviously a good honest gentleman.

@@musmustafa7900 I've never thought that about the warranty, quite disappointing. But I hope he fixes it soon, so you can enjoy this truly amazing watch!
