Hank Bauer was 71 yrs old at the time. I doubt he was "chasing" Kramer. Mantle, Pepitone, Skowron and Boyer all played together for one season - 1962, Pepitone's first year in the league. Skowron was traded the following season. Fun Fact: Joe Pepitone was hit by a pitch 31 times in his career. The record for the modern era (post 1901) is 50 times by Ron Hunt.
