Very nice explanation, however you should have splitted the total DL into DL and LL because in seismic weight calculation, we do not consider LL at roof

As per IS1893 part 1-2016 there is no where mention to consider cracked moment if inertia for static analysis. But some engineers in software they consider this value. This is required only for dynamic analysis. Kindly tell your view.
