That’s normal. Happened to my mom as well, apparently (according to Basotho) the pains can be transferred to your girl child. I have bad pains now. Maybe Huli will have the pains you used to have. 😢

I did not have period pains and my flow was low before having a baby. But now I have a heavy flow and I have severe period pain. I literally feel contractions in my A*us. And it's excruciating.

VIYA Check-in : hey gorgeous queens ! Aye it’s very important to do the Pap test. I did my first one 3 years ago and they found a lower grade squamous which they referred me to a hospital for but I didn’t go because “I’ll pray it away” 🫣..did my 2nd Pap test this year and there was no squamous detected🎉 BUT they found an abnormal cyst which had to be removed.. fast forward: Cyst gets removed + Tubes get assessed and I was hit with the Endometriosis diagnosis & told that I will not be able to conceive naturally 😬 IVF was the solution given me and that’s where I’m at RN. I’m doing great, just taking care of myself and not worrying too much about it. Trusting in God for better news moving forward 🙏🏿I’m grateful for the knowledge that the tests opened my eyes to ♥️ Let’s get tested please. It’s free at the Clinic and I think R200-R300 at Dis-Chem if I’m not mistaken 💚🍃

I hope they provide such classes mo ko gae, if they do I bet ke chelete. In UK the midwives offers them for free, offers different topics, also what your hospital bag should have. They do provide to fathers as well. Even after birth there r stay and mother and baby classes, parenting classes and even classes for father only. There r baby massage classes, thry help 1st parents to teach thrm about bana. I am aware mo mo gae we rely ko bo nkgono to offer any classes about pregnancy - pre natal, post natal etc. Enjoy the precious journey ya pregnancy.
