Wrong. Sinkiang has the most of any China if you form Turkestan by conquering Central Asia and Tannu Tuva and then proclaim rival government in China. Edit: just saw he talked about Sinkiang, but the point still stands since it’s China.

As far as I know, it's possible for Switzerland to core the Americas, since you can expand the confederation from non-cores (I think). Then, you can just return territory while retaining cores.

There is a correction I need to make for the swiss you can core the same amount as Spain except for Islands that have 1 state all you do is release a state as soon as you get a core beside it

I’ve tried doing an imperial federation run for max permanent cores (I say permanent because the cores you gain on France are only temporary). I gained all normal cores (base New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa), but despite forming the dominion of North America, Mutapa, and retaining control over India, I did not gain any cores on: - All of USA - One or two states of Mutapa - None of India. - None of Malaysia (I also did the formable where they core Indonesia) However, I did gain cores on all of Polynesia, which I found to be especially weird. ETA: Apparently you WON’T get cores on USA if you do the imperil civil war decisions because of country tags. So if you want USA cored, you have to either prevent Canada from leaving or manually declare war and puppet them.

Nice list! I will say, though, that I don't think Britain can actually core all of France's cores and still do Imperial Federation due to the different requirements involved for doing both. Also, Carlist Spain can core everything that France can potentially core as well!!

Why would the Franco-British Union not be possible if Britain goes for the Imperial Federation? AFAIK the only requirements are to be in a faction with France and have France capitulate to Germany.

@sejozwak we looked into it a while back as we were looking to do a big MP game where we did all of the steps. It was an issue with Germany having to be the one to capitulate France, plus you have to be democratic as well, while Imperial Federation requires Fascism
