Nice job, he can be tough! The outfit is a reward for beating the gauntlet of strength: Shura. The gauntlet is unlocked by doing the Shura ending (betraying Kuro when given the choice). You must beat: 1. Emma, the Gentle Blade 2. Isshin Ashina (non sword saint version) 3. Demon of Hatred 4.
