Ok this is going to sound weird but i have only one console that is the series s and the game runs way better on my thing than is shown here. Highest fps i got was 51 and most of the time it was around 40 but i thought consoles had a locked fps?

It's the Xbox One version. It would easily run in at least 1080p at locked 60fps if it was actually optimized for the Xbox Series S.

Ngl the Xbox series S is a great console. It run a lot of games at 60 fps : cyberpunk, the Witcher, call of duty black ops 6, assassin’s creed, Fortnite, it takes two, the finals, etc… even recent games. I think this game is just don’t optimized…
