Diploma could be High School and Preparatory Graduation Certificates or You can Upload National Certificates of Grade 10 and 12). You can merge all your transcripts (Grade 9,10,11 &12) and upload. Good Luck!

you don't need to fill the middle school information, just start from High School information. And you can fill the associate degree if you attend some TVET course or another diplomas(this is not mandatory)

Convert your total grades out of 700 to 100. For Example if You Score 500/700 is equal to 71.42/100. Now you have 71 as Grade and 42 as Grade Decimal. Good Luck
