How fast can you go?and does it use both hoverboards like all wheel steering ?

nein, nur das vordere Hoverboard geht an. Das hintere Hoverboard ist nur als Ersatz.

But i would like something with not two hoverboard but just bigger wheels at the back and how do you break

No, it's only one Hoverboard (front) which turns on, the other one is off.
