Its crazy how people get use to these kind of storms and just drive thru them like nothing 🤯

I came here after the corresponding podcast episode about this storm. It's legit my favorite podcast. The way you three build each other up and support each other is so relaxing and uplifting - keep up the amazing work!

Selden definitely avoided a worst case scanario; If the tornado had fully condensed after back-building, that town could've been razed, considering the violent motion of the parent circulation. Fourtantely for Selden (and the storm chasers/truckers driving under the circulation not realizing that the back-building process happened), those violent (160+ mph) winds did not translate to the ground, and if they did, it was extremely brief and in a small core within a suction vortex. As always, GREAT video!! Y'all are definitely household names within the storm chasing community and for good reason!

That's awesome to hear! We wondered how people have been enjoying the behind-the-scenes stories. Thanks for listening and watching!

Can the speed of the updraft in the center of the circulation be determined by the change in pressure?

As the semi driver continued down the highway towards the tornado for at least a mile, I imagined one of those extra long screams from a comedy where it lasted so long they stopped to inhale 3 times to continue screaming some more. "I kinda just prepared myself"😂🙄

10:20 It's crazy how there is basically nothing visible and then no more than 20 seconds later there is a massive tornado just there ( 10:40 )

It never ceases to amaze us either. From nothing to a monster in seconds. Pretty terrifying if you're in the wrong spot at the wrong time.

5:32 Any chance that little black piece of debris in front of the condensation funnel is my drone??? Eh, I don't even think that little white drone would be silhouetted from that angle. But one can hope it'll turn up eventually!

No way! I love your videos.

Oh no! We didn't realize you lost the drone in this one. That's a huge bummer!
