Classic example of a company who out paces their "old" products and leaves them behind. My Sport Dog transmitter has no toggle switch and there is only guessing as to how to change the mode. Finally, by guess and by gosh, I think I have it changed. The search function on the website absolutely sucks and my original bark collar cannot be charged by the same method as a new collar. What a royal PITA!

Your videos are terrib1e. You forget to go step by step for those of us that have never used one. You dont exp1ain the whys and hows, what the red, orange and green 1ights depict. I have a1ready watched 3 of your videos and sti11 dont have my question answered. Has anyone done a beginning to end video of using these systems, exp1aining a1ong the way?

I agree that you are really missing the overall picture for someone who needs a Quickstart guide. For instance, I purchased your collars as a replacement for two dogs, having used various products over the years. I am a graphic and web designer and I can’t for the life of me find a succinct place where I can find how to program these collars simply and easily without reading through all your training recommendations.

Quick Manual: The side button: Press it to make the collar make a noice as a warning The top button: Continuous shock, once you press it it won’t stop until you turn it off The lower button: A quick shock The dial: shows the intensity of shock Step 1: Put it on your dog and let your dog get used to it Step 2: Try it. If you shock your dog and they don’t react then it’s on too low of a intensity; turn it up Done and Done! ❤ Hope this helped

That is not at all the correct answer at to use this tool - you are going to mess up your dog. Please call a trainer who knows how to use it properly to teach you.

Designing something for outdoor use…. That requires a ballpoint pen to operate… is an unbelievable fail. Made by someone sitting behind a computer… not someone who goes outside with dogs.
