Great video. Thank you. When we need 30-50 sensors on one project we use multi port 4 pin connectors and Ethernet combo with I/O cards to use less cables. All works great.

That's great to hear. I'm getting ready to try some discrete hardwired modules to reduce entries into the panel

Nobody has ever screwed up using an extension cord. Molded cordsets are the way to go.

Shoutout to everyone that's had to redo a cable more than once because as soon as you finish tightening that last screw you realize you left that #$&&%&#& HOUSING OFF.

Good info. Any suggestions on keeping water from high pressure clean up out of any type of connector? This is one of the major problems in the meat processing industry. Water can make the low voltage and communication systems do some crazy things.

They have a select few that are IP69K. They would be good for that.

I've found the connector to be a weak spot for moisture. Coming from a meat processing factory, everything get washed down, even IP67 isn't enough sometimes.

You are definitely in an area where the quality of the connector matters. I was impressed with their offerings in that area plus they actually make custom length molded cables right there in Pennsylvania. You should reach out to them.
