Kevin OCER is an employment opportunity for under graduate students like you. There is no difference you will be working on the same lines of a new joinee. Honestly there are no PERKS. You are getting a platform to build your technical and personality expertise and you can apply for OCLD next year when I comes via internal process. Hence focus on that if you looking at growth. Hello Moa, yes it’s much better than IHM as you get the work experience at the Oberoi hotels and you get a degree at the same time. It’s the best way to do hotel management. Do apply as per the guidelines in the video and I’m there if you need any help

@@doorbabhattacharya4920 the GM round is an 80% personal round and a 20% technical and GK round. Most of the questions are based to see your values and your up bringing. Your communication and will you fit the Oberoi image will be analysed by the GM. A few technical or resume based questions on your hobbies or anything the GM find worthy of communication with you. Aaryan after 12 you can directly apply for the Step program. You can do to the website as mentioned by me and put in your details and the Oberoi team will connect with and depending on your location will advise you on the interview dates. Just like you will complete your Graduation- step program helps you in completing your graduation from IGNOU and along side you get a 3 years paid work exposure to the hotel world via Oberoi.

Anisha - the STEP program you can apply after 12 . The OCLD program in your last year of graduation- or after graduation before you are 25 years old
