Selena was a Mexican American Texas girl who was the total package! And my iconic queen✨💜🌹👑💃🏻✨

Fact: the stage Selena is performing on is spinning during the entire concert to allow all her fans to see her which is why you see her wave at her audience throughout. Selena was hugely influenced by Donna Summer amongst other Motown artists. The last 2 songs: Last Dance and On the Radio are Donna Summer songs. I had the HONOR of seeing her perform twice, the second time was on February 10, 1995. Selena is a Legend and her legacy continues strong even after 26 years of her untimely (and senseless) death.

My favourite ever female entertainer, she was more than a singer. Her husband on lead guitar, her brother on bass and her Sister normally played the drums ❤❤

Selena inspired many latinos like myself to work hard for our dreams. She came from the barrios ("the hood") of South Texas to becoming a 2 time Grammy Award winning superstar. God only knows what she be doing now if she were still with us. But it makes me so happy and proud that 26 years after her life was taken so violently and tragically that her legacy continues to get bigger and bigger. She's loved and adored GLOBALLY!!! Such an amazing woman gone too soon. R.I.P. Selena!!!

By 1995 Selena had already basically dominated the Latin market & she was about to crossover into the English market. Everyone who has ever worked with/came across Selena knew just how huge she was going to be in the English market, on top of that she left a lasting impact on those who came across her. Selena also designed her stage outfits including this iconic one & despite her sexy/“reviling” looks she had a clean image & carry herself very humbly with class. By 95 she was already a mega Latin star but she never acted like so. She was truly humble & down to Earth she gave back to her community & tried to help those around her by donating her concert seats to fundraisers, helping kids stay in school, domestic abuse victims, donating to help those with AIDS, etc & most of her concerts were affordable to free so that the poor & underprivileged can have a chance to see her. It’s really sad she didn’t get to complete her English album, that’s what she had worked for so hard! & she didn’t even get to live to release it 😢 although her legacy lives on 🙌🏽 2021 Billboard ranked Selena as the Greatest Latin female artist of all time! Dreaming of you (her posthumous album) is the #1 certified Latin Albums in all of U.S music history & to top it off she was also honored with the Lifetime achievement award 💜! She’s still rockin! 26 later!!!

I rarely ever watch award shows, but I did, because she was gonna be receiving a lifetime achievement award, but I was very disappointed because it was just a brief picture of her and her name and that was it. She deserved more than that.

I had never seen or heard Salena sing or perform. No wonder she was such a huge star. The music, moves, the backup singers, all on point. Another, "I would never have listened" song before KP reacted to it. But, we are on a journey together! If he choses more Selena then I will follow his lead. Open my horizons to music, KP Wonderful with the reaction!

That was great! I think she said "do the hustle" when they were dancing. Her body moved so beautifully and smoothly without being trashy or overly provocatively. Gone way to soon.

She clearly loves performing and she gives her whole being. I heard her sing but her voice is even better and I loved it before. "I Could Fall in Love" is her cross over. Just before she died. Please consider it.

I caught you starring 😏 But on a serious note, we don't call her the queen 👑 for nothing. Her voice, her smile, her fashion's, personality, those dance moves, her range, her humbleness, stage presence, her humanitarian achievements, her giving back to the community, her example and all that charisma!! She was a total package. Indeed. 💜

The part you rewinded of the three split screens was showing that when she spun one of her earrings fell off so she reaches up and pulls the other one off and tosses it away. Most never notice because she didn’t react to it. A true performer. I always want to cry when she sings the first song of the medley. I have all my life to live. I have all my love to give. I will survive. And then she was killed only a month later. 😭😭 The description that she was robbed of life is so very true. And we were robbed as well.

being a Selena fan from scotland in the uk i personally hated the netflix series you should check out the biopic of Selena starring jennifer lopez its 100% better this was selena’s last concert the houston astrodome that your watching she was murdered a few weeks later shot to death by her fanclub president because selena found out she was stealing all the fanclub and clothing boutique money. Selena was very sweet and humble and never saw herself as a celebrity which is another reason she died so young she trusted everyone to easily. selena is a true icon and legends never truly die. thankyou for reacting to selena and keeping her memory alive after 26 years since her death. i love all of selena’s music esp the spanish songs como la flor, si una vez, bidi bidi bom bom etc. take care and stay safe 😷❤️🏴🎤👏🏻💐 selena was 23 years old when she was killed.
