It is noticable, and its totally fine! Everybody has fluctuations (especially if you struggle with health problems). The fact that she talks about it is so amazing to me! Really makes me respect her more as a person. Usually its not talked about by celebrities, like its an elephant in the room, and the topic gets hidden. The medication for lupus causes parts of her body (especially the face) to get swollen and I hate how people drag her for looking "puffy" when she literally has a serious illness. Also being on a skinny diet while having an illness is REALLY unhealthy so I'm glad she's not doing it.
