Not just kidney transplant she has SLE (lupus) which comes along with a lot of problems. It basically is an autoimmune condition and one of the problem is it can destroy your organs (which is why she got a transplant). She will have good days and bad days like everyone else especially true for those who suffer autoimmune diseases.

I saw her first on the first episode of waverly and I loved her since the first scene. And now, shes growing up, be a really strong and tough woman. She always was an Idol for me since Disney Channel and its so impressive that so many Disney Stars are still in Business, but I think Selena does the best Job. And I love her music, its so much Strength in it. I hope she will live for so long so she can be an Idol for so many others, too.
