So it’s not just me. The struggle to work my 8-4 and fit everything I need to into the 5-6 hours I have after work is wild. Some days ya girl just does an incline treadmill workout because I’m so unmotivated. All I wanna do is read my books and escape for a while.

Usually I don’t like summer. This year it’s going by too fast. I started a new job and am loving it; also going through the process of building new routines. Enjoying the opportunity to be able to do so! I am loving your vlogs…you look very happy with your booski and the familia 💕

Finding a routine is important to stay consistent and you are definitely doing it! 💪🏾💪🏾 Also, the gym you go to really is truly awesome! I've been a couple of times to one in Georgia and I love it. They have one here in NYC but it's far from where I live.

They are!! But prices are probably as low as they’ll be in the area im in. If rates ever lower, prices will skyrocket 🥹 and you can always refinance your rate but you can’t just lower the price of a house.

Enjoy this time with your parents and family! Such a win win to be able to spend time with parents at a later stage in life (when we're more mature lol) and then add the fact you're able to save is amazing. Jealous of your fancy gym! That's one thing I wish we had close by, definitely something I would splurge on.

I could imagine it's hard to get settled and feel like you even have a routine after moving across the country. I also workout in the afternoon/evening and feel like it gives me an energy boost similar to what a afternoon caffeine boost would do.

A year and a half ago I moved from Massachusetts to Florida which threw off my routine I had established for the past 12yrs. It took me a year and 3 months to finally get a routine and what I didn’t realize was that I am my most productive if I get a workout early in the AM. BUT I just got to 18:18 of the video in which you state that you still work EST time zone while in OR. 😅 I wanted to suggest early AM workouts as that’s helped me tremendously. I sometimes run or go for a 2 mile walk if time is limited. Best of luck Selena! Love your videos!

Hi Selena! I don’t normally comment but had to say yes, we need to have some content of what Mom is cooking. I wanted you to keep filming while she had her Vitamix out. I understand some of the challenges you may experience having moved across the country and now w/ family. I applaud you for finding some ways to connect w/ “bae” (lol). outside of the home. I was curious about doing like a one day pass there BUT the amount is so steep. The monthly fee is a CAR NOTE! I will just stay updated with you guys and see if it’s really worth it for that facility. Glad you are continuing to create content during this transition and look forward to what’s next for you. Curious if Condos are popular in your area? You mentioned previously you loved having the amenities of your apartment building and not worrying about home maintenance. I immediately thought buy a condo as that's very popular for FTHB in my city, but you've never mentioned that option so just wondering 😊

Definitely popular! Especially closer to downtown Portland, however, I just don’t want to deal with the volatility in rising condo fees and HOAs which tend to be a lot worst for condos/townhomes, so if I do buy I’m def leaning more towards single family and/or townhomes! That’s why I got a gym that had all these amenities, bc I don’t want to choose my home/potential long term investment on any amenities 🥹 but it’s a great suggestion!! I just think it’s not for me 💗

Also after doing my research I don’t think I want to live close to down town, I love a peaceful quiet neighborhood. And then driving into or taking the max into the city is super easy here! You can park at any max/train station for free and ride into the city for like $2.50 or $4.50 for a day pass
