Does anyone else go to Target and say to themselves, "I'm buying self care items today. It's ok to spend $50 on myself." But then you leave spending $250, go to car, and then say, "Oh no, I spent $250. It's ok, it was for self care." Or am I the only one? I'm currently waiting for the mindfulness book "30 Days to Stop Being a Shopaholic" by Harper Daniels to come in the mail. I think I'll order another copy to put in my car haha.
