I enjoyed this vlog. Lately I have been cooking at home more and saving a lot of money. Yes, it is more convenient to grab something on the go, but when I got my bank summary for the year and realized I spent the most on eating out I know I needed a change lol. When you’re a caregiver, all your time is focused on the loved one needing care not on yourself! Your time is devoted to making that loved one feel comfortable safe content happy and pain free! The days start before the roosters holler and the days end at the midnight hour you get about 3 to 4 hours of sleep then you’re back at it again before the sun rises in the East! I guess self care is ok if you just have yourself but if you got kids or older family members depending on you 24/7 then your self care is nonexistent!
