This is a great reset and overall video Kendrick! As someone who just had to get back to their usual self care + productive routine after some mental health struggling, I swear by Taking time for yourself in between all the goal and deadlines! It really does allow you to appreciate moments of tenderness and silence. There’s so many pressure put on us daily and we deserve a break. It’s all about balance friends! I have a similar video where I deem this reclaiming your main character energy or simply reclaiming your time for some much deserved self love. I hope you all get to enjoy some of that this weekend.
