You can’t imagine how helpful your vlogs are to me and my mental health. It’s something that i’ve always looked forward to every sunday before I sleep. Last year, i’ve struggled with my mental health a lot. Been through a rollercoaster ride that heck of a year and started my “recovery” after antidepressants this year and i’ve never felt happier and content. I’ve learned to live without having to feel happy all the time, that it’s okay to feel like the world is ending sometimes, that you just had the worst day ever and yet still be able to hold hope for tomorrow. And your videos are a great help in keeping that thought stuck to my mind.
