Thank you for sharing...sometimes when we are drowning in pain, the fear and belief of 'not enough' and the inevitable deficit we feel from rejection etc, it's difficult to identify with, allow and trust in, our higher will/self. To be fully engaged in the world but not limited by it, simply an aspect of the creator having an experience without judgement...always in the 'knowing' there is no separation, only wholeness, unity with source..the Truth of who you are.

Thanks for expressing yourself in your process. It’s tough to grapple with the confines of our mind. You just gained so much power when you corrected yourself “well, I perceived that this person did or felt this way about me” So much of our life is just lived though our filters. It’s profound really. The incredible extremes of the emotions is unbearable almost. I’m right there with you in my own process. It’s heart wrenching. I pray that my truth is leading me well, with God, all for the greatest and highest good! Trusting this individuating process. Trusting this reclamation.

Gratitude for sharing, dear God, walking right beside you all the way. I am really conscious when I begin working on a self, to not deny it, but also to not own it by reframing my communication. That way I can rise above its tendencies to point the finger.
