It is really sad when someone impersonates you to state I will gain Gods Favor if I give money to an Orphanage and reply back to a whatsapp number to get Gods Blessings. Being honest with yourself is the first step towards getting better. Pray a lot about the things you wanna change in your life while trying not to do it anymore. It takes time, but I have done it and I know its possible. Just keep going forward and never give up.

Signs of Depression: - Low Energy - Loss of Passion or interest (Spiritually, purposefully, relationally, etc) - Weight Changes (gain or loss) - Sleep Changes (increase or decreased) - Sexual discomfort (women) - Decreased Sexual desire - Appetite Changes (increase or decreased) - Self Loathing (can’t do anything right) - Critical and Negative Thinking - Sadness or Feeling Emotionless - Irritable and Isolating (Not wanting to be bothered)  - Loss of Concentration - Suicidal (Active or passive: i.e. I wish I wasn’t here) - Increased Anxiety (overthinking, excessive worry, edgy) - Doing the bare minimum to get by - General discontentment about life - Feel helpless or hopeless (things won’t get better or nothing will help) - Not as attentive to your hygiene These are a few signs of depression. Some people may have all, and others may have only a few. I wanted to post this for those who may not be feeling like themselves and you are trying to treat the symptoms individually, when in reality the are all a manifestation of one thing: depression. I hope this helps bring clarity to someone who may not be feeling like themselves. Now you can understand why and get the help needed to overcome this place ❤️

This is funny because for years i have claimed i was christian but struggled with porn for years and lust also, i just started to read the bible and try to understand more and now i am 1 week clean and have given my life to God and i am closer to him. This is absolutely brilliant isn’t God brilliant! I struggle to not eat things that hurt me. My situation is pretty complex. I think it comes down to self-control. I’m not sure because I’ve spent a lot of years trying raw food diets even just fruit diets meat diets whatever going on with my body is pretty serious all the time, I feel my best if I don’t eat, but I can’t do that. I went to 90 pounds one time I felt really good but then I had another problem. Been a battle for 30 years but I think I’ve failed in something here going with spirit I was using my mind to try and do it.

Frustration with a adult child and his girlfriend. They are smart but child like. I get frustrated because the won't keep a job. We've tried everything to get through to them. I admit I've lost my temper and then I feel bad. I have trouble sometimes at work because I'm a truck driver and when I see things that could get a person killed it stirs my temper. Then I think God is going to get tired of me because I feel like I'm such a failure. Thank you 😊 for this video I really needed this.
