hi, I have been following your channel for a while and appreciating your effect to educator internet users to better navigate in Japan. However, my daughter recently (in Oct 2024) booked an expensive Japanese traditional hot spring hotel for JY 174000 for two nights, but the room was disgusting, broken furniture and amenities, visible fungal growth in several places. The hotel manager did not want to refund partially and we felt cheated and hopeless. Will you do a video about tourist scam in Japan to help other foreigner tourists to avoid similar disasters as we experienced. Thank you.
