Crying is a good release from stress but if you continue to feel that upset, it may be time to reevaluate what parts of your job are feeding you and what is draining you. I owned my own business for 20 years and the last few years were just absolutely draining. I had, to all appearances, the good life and I was sincerely grateful for all I had. But I also realized my body and heart were telling me it was time to let go and that is was ok. Sometimes we do things, not forever, but for a season.

I think you put a lot of stress on yourself and over plan your days. But I get it I am full time student, a full time worker and I have an internship. But your videos always make me feel comforted that other people have the same feelings of stress and anxiety. Love your creations they are so cute and you can tell you put love and effort into all of your work. Can’t wait for the next video. ❤

I also crash around 3-4! It always frustrates me cause I just wanna keep working with the energy I had in the morning T-T I also discovered recently that I do best with like, 9-10 hours of sleep which seems like a lot but it just works for me. I feel the most rested if I can get that much sleep!

I love how real you are, sharing how it's like as an artist and business owner. It's so hard! I relate so much to that feeling of not being fast enough. I get upset at myself for that so often. But you helped me realise how much effort it takes to produce handmade stuff. So I want to be more compassionate towards myself. Thank you for all your comforting videos. I feel less lonely to know that I'm not alone going through similar struggles. Take care

Tammy! Thank you, I really needed to distract myself from reality a little bit :) I’ll try to do something like the redwood tree characters for a gift, let’s see how it goes cause I usually paint. Take advantage of the fact that we understand you and try to take your time to regulate the activites that might help you; take some time to sculpt for you and not for any orders or comissions ☺️

definitely curing with a lamp initially and then putting them out in direct sunlight for 1-2 hours (i find that 11am-2ish is when the sun rays are strongest!) ensures a total cure!! it’s nice bc in colorado we have like 300 days of sun 🥰 let nature do the work!

It's not your fault Tammy! Your situation is best case scenario, you're not wrong, but how hard we have to work to make ends meet and improve our lives is too much. Especially for creative, sensitive types. We want to be our best, but how can we look after ourselves financially and healthwise at the same time is a really tough question in today's economy. Please don't blame yourself, it's only natural, we aren't supposed to work this hard. I hope you can find the balance you need

I came upon your video ( Q&A from your followers) by accident, and I’m so happy I did! I love your sculpting, I’m not familiar with palmer clay- until now, but it seems like such an awesome medium. The redwood tree with the couple came out so good! The idea to use the tin foil for the grass was brilliant! I’m an art lover too, I think I would cease to live if it weren’t in my life. I also registered an LLC. However I have not started a shop yet. My question is, I’m really not sure which medium I’d like to offer for sale! That’s terrible I know, but I don’t want to offer ppl something they just don’t want. What sealed the deal for you with clay? If you cannot get to answering I truly understand. I do hope you see this though and know that you really should be so proud of yourself. Don’t be afraid to write it in your journal, or scream it to the world! You’re a wonderful person, so sweet! 🐈‍⬛❤️👏👏👏🙌
