@@EremosOutdoors I was looking around to check out the xa30 and when I saw that setup it really got my attention. I'm about one inch from getting an xa30 because I want to make nature and wildlife videos.

@@anthonyholmes71 that’s awesome! I would recommend the xa40 or 50 cause they shoot in 4K but you also might want to look into a mirrorless camera or dslr. I’m shooting a lot of my stuff now with a canon 90D and it has been a dream to use for the filming I do.

What kind of zoom controller can I buy for my Canon xf305

I would guess that the one shown in my video would work with yours but I’m not 100% sure. I would talk to your local camera shop or B&h photo in New York you can call them and they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

When I go on Amazon there are 3 or 4 of those lanc....just wondering if you can post the link to the exact one you use....I have the canon xa30 as well....I just dont wanna order the wrong one... Thanks Perry

So it's the ZC-A1.....it has the same asin nimber on youtube... The one in your video is the ZC-1 So I'm just a little confused still on which one

Are you still using this set up or have you upgraded on anything? I'm looking at buying the xa40 and I don't want to buy the wrong stuff..

I am still using this setup, at this point and time it will prolly be worth the extra money to get one of the camcorders that is around this same size but Films in 4K. Sony or Canon is a good choice. But I still use this setup paired with a go pro 8 and love it.
