@@2201sunflower hello.. it was a process I listened to her audios, pray and need to look at your self as a child being hurt, neglected, traumatized and eventually hugging and saying I love you to that child. it was a relief because we expect our parents or people around us to validate and love us but they to have pains and it is a cycle. Look at yourself now reflect, accept you're hurt, forgive yourself and say I love you to yourself everyday. Self-love is the key.

I've been there, and go there often. Write some affirmations about yourself and put them on your fridge. Read them out loud to yourself every day. And keep busy, doing anything, like housework, going for walks, doing puzzles. Dwelling is the worst thing you can do for yourself. You're a sensitive person, I can tell. If all this fails, find someone to help you. I myself, get down a lot, so recently I offered to volunteer at an Animal Rescue Centre. I love animals and am very excited to start very soon.
