This is one of the most successful inductions I've ever done. I found that by doing it three times in a row I was able to do a hand levitation, which I've never managed with self-hypnosis before. The next day I repeated it four times, and I was deep enough to levitate both hands. So keep at it folks, it's a good one! BTW, one of the keys is to linger at the emotional word for a good 3-5 minutes before going down the stairs.

SomeStickyIky , one of the biggest stumbling blocks for almost everyone is the belief that they are not reaching Hypnosis , this is just because they don't understand what Hypnosis is and isn't . The Subconscious uses this location or hypnosis to put us to sleep every night . Recline with headphones on just to help block out some of the outside noise . This is your time don't think of things you need to do after you get up , Relax put the thoughts in your mind deeper and deeper into Relaxation , deeper and deeper into Theta ( pronounced Fayta ) , deeper and deeper into hypnosis . Say this over and over in your head , lay perfectly still , you will start losing body awareness . Drop off the word Relaxation and then drop of the word Theta , just saying deeper and deeper into Hypnosis . It will sound like this in your head , 1 deeper and deeper into Hypnosis , then the same with 2 , 3 so on and so on . You don't have to count if you don't want to . Remember anything spoken to or directed at the Subconscious in Repetition when in a sleepy state will becomes the Subconsciouses Reality and therefore your reality , so your Phrases have to be Positive always . There is a good chance you are reaching hypnosis and just don't realize it . Let me know if you have any questions. Best of luck , may God bless you Eddie

SomeStickyIky when you say the operator starts to count out , so I am assuming you are using a recording for going into hypnosis . This is okay and what you experiencing is called Blackout this is from becoming so accustom to the sound of the operators voice that you go straight into ultra depth . This is where you can do your best work and a easy fix is at the beginning of the recording talk to your Subconscious by saying I Will Remember All Of The Session and accomplish my Suggestions , or by saying Subconscious I Need to remember the whole session so I can do my work . As far as your Focus it should be on the recording of going deeper and deeper , also on the suggestion placed in Repetition , the Subconscious will ignore random thoughts . Stay with one Phrase in Repetition for Thirty day before moving on . Take care and God blessings E .

SomeStickyIky something that you will learn on your own is you need Faith and Expectation to help get the Subconscious on board . Doctors with terminal patients see this effect , patients that have faith in the treatment and expectations for the best have the best outcome . The shorter Phrases seem to work best , using Remove , Delete and similar words is not a good idea . You can also start a Phrase with ( I Have ) these type of Phrases are Affirmation Phrases or claiming a change before you have it . The quickest you will see a change is Three days , but continue your Phrase for a month . If you are two - three weeks into a Phrase and are confident that your efforts are good but have not seen a change then you need a better phrase or reword the one you are using and start your month over . You simply can't spend to much time picking the perfect phrase . God bless E

( very strange feeling) HAVE MY SUBCONSCIOUS WAKE ME EVERY MORNING AT SAME TIME , I study from 4am to 6am no alarm . I NO LONGER HAVE STAGE FRIGHT , gave class on Brain States , Brain Waves and asking your Subconscious for anything . I NO LONGER GET TIRED PUTTING MYSELF ASLEEP AT NIGHT AND SLEEPING LIKE A BABY . no longer getting up to go to bathroom . I HEALED MY RIGHT KNEE Please keep in mind the Subconscious can and will misinterpret your Phrase making outcome harmful .

Well when goku plays on the background it made me think. Can two people self hypnose and since our minds continously send vibration (stated by many hypnotisers) wouldn't we be able to connect with each other and do some random stuff like talk with each other while in a generated world of imagination?

SO I'M Gathering 8 or 9 years old , is also the age we stopped believing in santa 🎅 Claus 🎅 too . ??. .... Or started " Questioning if he was real?. Is that the same wrapping paper ? Howdy he get down the chimney ? How's he get to all these other kids in one night etc.?
@Harkz0r3 жыл бұрын
I believe in Santa all the way up until I was 11 or 12 years old or so, and the only reason for that is that my parents told me explicitly because they didn't want me to embarrass myself in school. Honestly, I cried and felt betrayed at the time - I felt lied to - though I also understood why they did it and was able to recover quickly. I wish life still had that 'spark of magic' about it. It was a combination of absolute trust in my parents and complete suspension of disbelief. I had always figured that the Santas in stores were fake, and many popular media representations of him were false. I also wondered how many of the impossible things were possible (our chimney was even filled in and I knew about it!) but until that point I had simply accepted the belief that he was real, so no matter how improbable it seemed, it must have been true "somehow". The irony, perhaps, is that I possess a lot of traits said to be found in suggestible people (incredibly active imagination when I was younger and to an extent even as an adult, daydreaming, easily get absorbed, lose track of time etc) but I'm also very analytical and constantly ask questions, and have a fear of losing my sense of self-awareness or control. I'm interested in self-hypnosis but I'm not sure how deep someone else would be able to take me, and not sure if I want to find out.

@@Harkz0rThanks for sharing your story. At Christmas, a coworker invited me to their family dinner. Was very nice as I had no family nearby. Up until the time they plotted waiting until the children had fallen asleep so they could enact their ruse and I simply asked how they explain G*d to them. 😮 Betraying children's trust is significant and parents might want to be careful about that.

There are many cases of people claiming to have visited their past lives and "spirit world" under hypnosis. You can check out Dolores Cannon's work, which is mostly based on hypnotherapy and this kind of a thing. Michael Newton, another hypnotherapist, has books on this as well. One of his more known works is called Journey of Souls. Now obviously you are the kind of person not to believe in this kind of "woo" and I get that. Maybe your mind will begin to open up later on, who knows?
